The dress code is black tie optional. Ladies should wear a floor-length evening gown. Gentlemen should wear a dark colored suit and tie or a tuxedo. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be taking place on grass when selecting footwear!

Both the ceremony and reception will be held on-site at The Biltmore Estate by the statue of Diana. The ceremony will be held outdoors with a tented and paved reception to follow nearby.

While the ceremony begins at 6pm, we recommend that our guests plan to arrive at Biltmore at 5:15pm. The driveway from the front gate of the estate to the ceremony location is roughly a 15-20 minute drive. We want to ensure all of our guests have plenty of time to park and get settled before the ceremony starts.

We have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception for all guests staying onsite at the Biltmore Inn or Biltmore Village hotels. More information to follow.

Guests should plan to park in lot A6, which is located directly next to the ceremony and reception site. Parking attendants will be present to help direct you. Golf carts are available for guests needing extra assistance to their seats.

We kindly request that you RSVP by May 10th, 2025. Feel free to RSVP as soon as you know that you can or cannot attend - this is great and extremely helpful!

Although we love your little ones, we will only be able to accommodate children who are listed under your RSVP.
